after usage for a while can i do splits or even be more flexible?

it works, but remember you have to warm up first. this is really important if you dont want to get injured. I would recomend stretching only aftrer you finish your workout.

Yes tha is what they are designed for but why waste all the money when you can gain that from stretching and practice. You could damage your self using one of those machines...

Yes they work but you can stretch just as effectively without one, and you won’t run the risk of hurting yourself.
