avoid potato and such type of carbohydrate stuff. take food in small quantities.dont take stomach full of food at aty time. pickles and oily food is to be avoided. plenty of watercan be taken. use dry ginger powder with little salt in u r diet 4or 5 days. u will be relieved gas trouble. jeer powder can be taken along with butter milk. this will also reduce gas problem good luck.

I find extra strength Gas X works the best for me. If you eat your meals early and not to late, I find this helps also. If you can stay away from fatty foods it will also help you. Good Luck

Incoporate lemon juice in your diet, that gives great help. And Drink super chilled drinks like chilled juice and coke or just plain water. Try to avoid oily food, my mother has same problem. Good Luck!
