when you sit down, sit up straight.this may need some practicing. everytime you feel yourself slouching tell yourself sit up. Let your friends and family know that your trying to improve your posture and if they are passing by you and your sitting and slouching to give you a tap on the shoulder or something. It may help.

Strong abdominal muscles help a *lot*. Try doing crunches every night before bed. Before you know it, you'll have great natural posture. You can also practice good posture when you are sitting down. Try to visualize the curve of a spine with good posture and imitate it.

exercise for sure! yoga is very good for posture, i highly recommend it. Not only is it good for posture but it helps you mentally. also, try and controll yourself from slouching...keep your shoulders back and your chest out a little...not soooo much that you look like a dork doing it but just so that your up nice and tall.
