It is a greeting in Hebrew, used by Jews all over the world.
הבאנו (Hevenu)- we have brought
שלום (Shalom)- peace
עליכם (Aleychem)- upon you

It is said by those who come back home from a long voyage, or by guests to their hosts. It is sort of like saying "my present to you is peace".

I'm no Hebrew linguist, but I believe it's a greeting, something like "Peace be with you".
