first od all honey....I have gone through the eating disorder phase and I am still struggleing everyday not to go back to my old ways. A size 0?? noone should be below a size 4 or 5 unless they just happen to be small. No guy wants to be with a stick, every guy I know and I do stress EVERY likes a girl with some curves, if you are that small you have no boobs or an ***. If you are a size 5-11 you are average so I wouldn't worry about it.

First of all, you will be severely undernourished. You won't be able to do your workout because you won't have the energy to do it! In fact, you'll probably collapse during your workout! Secondly, if your bone structure is larger than a size zero, no amount of diet and exercise will change that. Lastly, if you think for some reason that you NEED to be a size zero, you might want to seek some counseling.

I have studied Dietetics and that diet that you have planned for yourself is not the healthiest. I am not sure what your size is now, but I am sure you are beautiful as you are. The exercise, one and a half hours is fine, as long as you eat properly. The two to three hours is a little much. You are on track with exercising, so keep that up, but add a little more variety from food groups to your meals. Choose your fats and carbs wisely.

Why would you want to be a size 0??? To starve yourself is so unhealthy! A size 4 is still slim but not starved-to-death skinny. You will get sick on that restriced diet. Do you have a eating disorder?

to my opinion you need more protein in Your diet and Your eating to little. You must eat more so you can build muscle and also replinsih your bodies nutrients.
There's a new study out that's called the starvation....it's when you eat a lot less and your body thinks your starving so it starts to store the fat instead of burning it
also to get down that small talk to your doctor
a size zero is way to small for any girl

First of all if i may ask why in the hell are you trying to get down to a size zero that is crazy to me.But if you really wanted to get to a zero you would really need to do some serious work-outs serious.

You need to see a psychiatrist. You are ill and need help. A size 0 is unhealthy unless is occurrs naturally. You don't diet down to size 0.

This will work better:

Stop relying on the media to tell you what you should look like. Starving yourself while working out will NOT MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD.

Just be who you are and accept yourself.
Just be who you are and accept yourself.
Just be who you are and accept yourself.

Size zero... that's not skinny that's sickening.

Check with your doctor first - I also don't know your height or weight! Your program sounds a bit strict - why do you have to be a size 0????
