Are you dehydrated? Try drinking more water. Talk to your doctor too. This doesn't sound normal. It could be indicative of some underlying health issue.

You should be concerned. I tell my clients that the rule of thumb in doing cardio is to never exert yourself to the point where you can't carry on a conversation while doing it. You never want to get to the point where you are even gasping for breath, let alone feeling dizzy or disoriented. Normally, I would tell you that you are simply overdoing your cardio routine, but you said "lately" you felt that way, which means you didn not used to, while doing the same routine. If you've ramped up your cardio routine, knock it back down a few notches. Your eating habits sound fine. You probably need to get some blood work done so as to rule out hypoglycemia (low blood sugar.)
One other thing: your heartrate. Do you know about target rate? Subtract your age from 220. Then, take 70% of that number. That is oyur target heartrate which you should be maxing out at during cardio.

Same thing happens to me. Maybe eat more before you work out. Like hours in advance so as to give your body time to admit the food into your bloodstream. If it still doesn't go away, try bringing a gatorade/powerade to your gym and if the problem still persists, talk to a doctor about it.

As a heart patient; Let me remind you that the man who wrote the most popular book on JOGGING for you health, dropped dead with a heart attack... The man who wrote the most popular book on RUNNING for your health. Dropped dead of a heart attack....

I am in cardiac rehab now, and we don't do anything without a nurse standing there. I would suggest that you see a doctor and let them diagnose your problem. Don't bet your life on anything your going to hear on an internet format... Good Luck.

Your blood sugar is low. Eat more complex carbs before you work out.

try cut down your work out time. For example, if you do 1 hour of work out straight. Seperate it in two 2 periods. 30 mins each or something.
