Amy Brown is a great fairy artist. You should be able to find her work in any occult shop. If you live near Louisville, KY I could give you a few names of places to check out.
Be warned however, these fairies aren't frilly, but still not as dark depressing and harmful as you are looking for.

Eeps. I didn't need to see the details.
I was going to suggest Nabisco's Snack Fairy.
Why would you want something so depressing in your house? Do you hate fairies that much? Why don't you just paint the room black and call it good at that?

hey hey!
well what are you looking for a fairy or a fairy costume...
if a fairy costume... you can always have a black tu tu, some torn black fishnet stockings, layered red and black tshirt to give it the melancholic look...
if you are lookign for one... try castle towers, seven shadows they should have some if not you can always pain the face or body to make it look bleeding &/or crying
hope this helps
