He is a coworker....and from what it appears he has shown interest. I am in my twenties.....he is in his thirties..... I am just not sure if the interest is genuine or if it is simply his natural personality...

They are the same as the young ones. Really. It never changes. Love, lust, and romance have the same effect on every age bracket. Just some learn to be more smooth than others. But usually not.

older people are the easiest to read I think. They are more experienced and don't like to waist alot of time. So if you don't know, then maybe he isn't interested in you
