Well, there's von Willebrand disease. It's the only disease I can think of off the top of my head that involves bleeding disorder. It can cause spontaneous epistaxis (nosebleeds) and gingival (gums) bleeds and execssive bleeding during periods, childbirth, surgery and with injury.

Hemophilia isn't a disease and neither is DIC.

Scurvy (vitamin C deficiency) makes you bleed from the gums. Bowel cancer can make you bleed. Ebola virus could be said to be a bibilical type plague, is haemorraghic, highly contagious, deadly etc. Kills within days. As does meningococcal disease, haemorraghic, fingers fall off you etc - quite nasty really.

Choose one.
(I'd pick scurvy.)

You have not stated from which part of of your body, the bleeding took place. Leukemia and hypertension may cause hemorrhage. Early detection and treatment will reduce fatality rates. Consult the doctor.
Please see the webpages for more details on Leukemia and Hypertension.
