St. Julian's is comming out with a brand new one called Grey Heron, I tasted it today, it's superb! They haven't aged it properly yet, but it's made from grapes (which kind they wouldn't tell) I would like to sample that in another 2 years.
Another good vodka is made by the inventors of vodka, is the Polish brand called Luksusowa.
In fact the name 'vodka' is the diminutive of the Polish word "woda" meaning water. (w is pronounced v in Polish)
Yes, it's made from Potatoes.

Pretty much all vodka is the same, just ethanol and water. Any flavour components that may be present because of the fermentation are distilled or filtered out.
