It is years.
I was born not having any = when you were born, you were 0.
But now I have alot = depends on how old you are
I'm not sure I want them = some people hate getting older, or try to act younger
But I'm grateful for what I got = the older you are the more things you can do etc.

My guess would be teeth, but, just to be a bit naughty I'll also say Breasts. That's something a didn't have much of and then all of a sudden I was sprouting them like crazy. Now they're freaking huge and I'm VERY Grateful to have them. LOL :)
