By Bacne do you mean acne on your back!?!

Back acne is prevalent, and often harder to treat than facial acne. The back is made of tough skin with thousands of sebaceous glands that produce a lot of oil.
For mild to moderate bacne,
the Clear Skin Regimen works well

Clear Skin Regimen :
Gentle Cleansing + Plenty of 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide
+ Adequate Moisturization = Clear Skin

Wash the area gently with a mild cleanser and let dry.
Apply the alpha hydroxy lotion and wait for it to dry.
Apply bp generously. (You can flip-flop step 2 and 3 if you'd like)
Apply moisturizer if needed.
One more thing to mention when talking about back acne is back packs. Heavy back packs rub on the upper shoulders/back and can cause irritation. As annoying as it sounds, you might want to try hand held bag for the first few weeks of this back acne regimen. Once you are clear, try using a back pack again. If you break out, you'll know to go back to a hand held bag.

Use a gentle cleanser (like Cetaphyl) and use a bath poof to gently exfoliate the area. Another thing is, if you have long hair make sure to condition it BEFORE you do this so you can wash the excess off your back. Make sure to keep it off your back while its drying, as well.

After that, simply use any kind of acne cream/gel that you've had luck with using on your face. Or you could try body acne sprays (they're in the same section of drug stores as face gels/creams)

Also make sure to wash your sheets regularly.

You need to get a good wash or scrub that's actually for your face, and use it on your back and chest. They also have some wash for this, but it doesn't work as good to me. There is a spray from Mark (Avon) that you spray on after you take a shower that I bought and love, it works great! . Find an Avon rep. and they can find it for you in the mag, it's in a spray bottle, it's hard to find online. Also, if you tan in a tanning bed it always drys mine out. The more you sweat, the worse it will break out. But try this product, I hope you like it.

Use a product that contains salicylic acid in it. For acne on the back, I'd recommend using Aveeno's foaming clear complexion cleanser because it's easy to put on, stays, and is gentle on your skin.

Use an acne shower scrub every time you shower. Also try Natures cure for body acne...Its pills and a spray. The spray worked wonders..I didnt even take the pills. I bought it at walmart.

In the shower, make sure you rinse your back with plain water after shampooing. Also use oil-free body lotions. It may not eliminate it entirely, especially if you have a bad case of contact dermatitis, but those are 2 of the aggravators.

Gotta keep your back clean all the time. I used to have lots of it. My dermatologist told me not to take a shower when sweating. Use body wash for acne prone skin (e.g. clearasil). I applied face toner for acne on my back, too.

Try to take a short shower (even if you don't wash your hair) at night before you go to bed. That should help with break-outs on your back and shoulders.

It's perfectly safe to throw bactine in your regular household trash. It's not a toxic or corrosive substance at all. You could even pour it down the drain if you want.
