Depends why she wants to move in. When my hubby and I first got our own place, my bro-in-law asked to move in with us. He was going through a messy divorce at the time and he was putting all of his extra money (which wasn't much) to buy his son school clothes. He just needed a place close to his ex and son until everything was finalized and he could put their house on the market. Due to the situation, we couldn't refuse...he is family after all. If she just wants to move in to be lazy and not do anything, Id say no.

I have had family live with me several times. This is a big mistake. That is unless you do not like privacy. Relatives can ruin a relationship. Don't do it.

"Danger, Danger,Danger Will Robinson"........you'll be sorry!!!! everything is hunky dory for a few....then the lack of privacy, interupted routines, who cooks, who cleans, have to put up with someone coming and going in and out of your house whenever, and with whomever.....Unless you have a 4 thousand square foot house, NO way.....you'll be sorry......
