how do you make it clear that you want your relationship to end and he needs to move out asap! Please keep in mind that I am dealing with an emotionally and mentally abusive man that I have a child with.

I actually had this problem, (dealing with an unstable mind who is in love with you and you just want to end the whole thing). You have a child so its different. you have to decide what role you want him to play in that childs life. If you are married, you have to file for divorce. Otherwise, plan on getting your own place (if you stay together), get your stuff, your child, and leave. Tell him youre not happy and leave. If you have to get a restraining order, do that. I dont know how crazy he is, but if he's crazy as this guy was I was with, youll need the restraining order. Dont sacrifice your happiness because you feel sorry for someone. Think of your child and your future and move on. Good luck .

Well, I left a man like this but I left the house. I packed my things a little at a time and moved out 3 weeks later while he was at work. I took the baby with me. He was physically abusive on top of the other two. If it had been my house I think it would have been easier. I would change the locks and keep the cops on speed dial. You will have to work out custody arrangements eventually but if he's abusive his visitation should be supervised. Hope this helps.

I feel for you sweetie and i don't know what to tell you to do.But don't do anything that is sure to piss him off,try to keep things civil as best as you can.Try to talk to him first and just tell him things are not working out and you need space and that you'll give him time to find somewhere as to go.But if that doesn't work go to the police and get a restraining order for him to leave immediately!

Leave him without a goodbye or a note. Move away to a place that you know he won't be able to find you. If you talk with him about this, he try to make you stay. Perhaps talking with a therapist about this issues.

tell him, "honey/hun, i have been thinking it over and i just want to divorce/break up!, you can see our child every week. i need to move on!!!, you do too!!! i need you to pack all of your stuff and just go". see if that works!! if he abuses you, just run away, take your child and cell phone, go to a place that you know that has really great reseption, and call 911 IMEDIETLY!!!!!!!!!! you go girl!!!!!
