My cover on my bed is pink i dont like that what should i do?

Gothic, sounds like youd rather have dark colors. So chunk the pink for Black, (Or what ever you wish to have)

If it is too heavy to dye, you can cover it with a plain bed sheet (dyed to your tastes), then safety-pin it onto the cover (I'm assuming you need the cover, and no one is buying you a new one).

Another idea is to look in thrift stores for a cover you like. Or try your hand at crazy-quilting. You can crazy quilt onto an old sheet, and add funky lace details etc. It takes some time, but you could have a very cool bed cover by Christmas if you can cover 12 square inches every day.

Another possibility: is anyone in the family willing to trade covers? Maybe you could use the guest bed covers, and put your pink ones there.

If you have to convince your mom or someone to let you do it, try drawing what you want, first. Figure out what materials you need (exactly!) and how much it will cost. If you can, make a sample version (like on a hanky, 12 by 12). It will be much easier to convince them if you can show them you've been thinking about it.

Many bedding supply stores sell Duvet covers(same idea as a slip cover for the couch) if you know the size of your coverlet go find one in the color/pattern/texture you like and that way if you are borrowing the pink you do not have to permanently alter it. Or if you have the cash, buy yourself a new coverlet you like and donate the pink to your favorite charity.

I agree with dying it. I dye my curtains and bathroom rugs every time I change colors in the room. If you're seeking a deep rich color, get extra dye. Good Luck!
