girls like to see the softer side of guys. It makes them feel really special to see a side that you don't too often. Girls like personal stuff, and they like it when guys open up to them.

I love it when I guy take the time to do a poems or love letter. It show me that they really in love with and want me to know it too.

There are 5 different love languages (physical touch, words of affirmation, acts of service, gifts, and quality time). If your girl feels loved by expression of words of affirmation, she will adore a poem. If she feels loved by acts of service, she will wonder why you are wasting all that time when you could have done the dishes for her.

Sometimes a poem can be cheesy, but I enjoy them if the poem comes straight from the heart!!!

Love it! Read Whitman and Emerson to me, sing bits of a song to me… even if you write bad poetry or cant carry a tune, do it with confidence and a tad of ********* and I will be mush. Kiss me on the neck nice and slow in just the right place… and it’s all over. You own me :)

most girls who are sensitive and more on the romantic level will melt and others will think its cheesy i had a guy ask me out in a poem and that showed he spent time writing and was thinking about me and i never knew that it was comming.

Only the young ones do. Once they reach about 19 you'll be viewed as the boring nice guy.

Some women do, but are embarrassed to say so. Myself I do now, and did when I was much younger. Very sweet and caring.
