What should I do?

There was a man I met at one of the coffee events at my college. He seemed interesting, and interested in me. But my friend who is also in my dorm/hall, she likes him too. Now, he is not into her, and she is not happy with me because he likes me, and I like him back. What do I do to make sure that I still have the friendship, or at least good relationship with this girl and the man.

Hi Pirates Princess.

You say you have just met this man who you are interested in and he is interested in you. The most important thing for anyone to do in this scenario, Is to get to know the person before you leap into anything. You do not want to jump into the deep end!

Be friends with him for a while, go watch movies or go for coffee. Do this a few times, And then once you are sure you feel secure with everything, Maybe consider ttaking it further.

With regards to your friend, If she knows the man is not interested in her, Then she should not interfere. A true friend would not interfere! Im not saying dont be friends, You must!

This is all up to you and what actions you decide to take. Just think it through and make sure you take the right actions!
