I'm watching this on my old mac so it may just be my problem, but what I see looks a lot like what Japanese text turns into when the computer uses wrong language set or there's compatibility problem with unicode fonts -- in other words, garbage.

The first two characters identify it as Japanese. They are either Kata Kana or Hiragana. Both of which are Japanese phonetic alphbets. The third character is Kanji (an ideogram that denotes a word or concept),and could be, theoretically be Chinese). But the 3 characters written together indicate that it is Japoanese.

Actually, the first two characters and the last are Japanese katakana - usually (but not exclusively) used for foreign words.
The third character isn't in my online dictionary, so I can't help you on that one - I'm sure someone else will though..!But it's abnormal for katakana and kanji to be mixed in this way.

and çï½± is "shou" or something, with an 㢠"a" stuck to it.
Doesn't seem to mean anything.
