they keep sending me email that i've won a prize but then during validation they're asking a credit card account?? this site just pop through my screen so i just tried their game

This is a scam. If you win a prize through a legitimate contest that you have entered, they certainly would have no need of your credit card account information.

You should never EVER EVER send personal information like credit card numbers via email. I say it's a scam, so be careful.
