do you mean tres bien? pronounced (tray-be-yen)
it means something like "very good"

I think the word is treasury-bench: if so, it means the front bench on right hand of the Speaker in the House of Commons, occupied by the Prime Minister, Chancellor of the Exchequer and other ministers.

Are you sure it is trebent and not just sounding like trebent? There is such a word as "Tres Bien", and it really sounds so much like trebent. It is a French expression for "very good!"
