I'm Asian woman living in Hong Kong, my boyfriend is American living in S.C. We want to get together. He is going to get a Fiancee Visa for me. How difficult would it be? How long would it be process? How much would he need to spend?

It's not difficult or expensive; just paperwork and filing fees. Here is what he and you have to do: after the petition is approved, it will be a few months if you can get your documents together quickly.

I think one can apply for it because INS need proof of relationship which is not easy to provide. Also you have to marry this guy when you come here or you have to leave the country in 90 days. INS gets especially suspected to grant a visa to single woman due to Russian Bride fraud. Check on internet first.
