How do you get rid of stalkers?

I just recently moved to south texas and there are stalkers EVERYWHERE!!!!!! Guys will call me over and over and over even when I tell them I already have a boyfriend. Just last weekend this guy took my phone and pretended to look at my pictures, but then later on that night this random number (this man) kept calling me over and over. He still calls me EVERY day even though I don't answer. This happens to me almost every other week. It's always someone new. Any suggestions on what I should do??

I can only tell you how I handled the situation, and it did work for me, whether the same tactic will work for you situation I do not know, but here goes. The first thing I did was I wrote him a letter stating that if he did not cease and desist I would be left with no choise but to take legal action. Make it very clear that his advanses are NOT welcome. Like I said it worked. But I ofen wonder if he had been a little psyco would that of made him angry and more of a problem? perhaps i have been watching too much lifetime. Also when talking or dealing with men it may be a nice idea to keep it professional, try not to be overly friendly, because they are apparently not getting the message. Another thing I do is I wear an agagement ring; a cz i bought at wal-mart. I hope this helps.

Ok ur dealing with creeps guys who like to annoy u and make u feel uncomfortable and most of the time they have no life whatsoever other than annoying pretty women that they know are out thier league. annoy them back and if that doesnt work then tell the cops they can do somethin about that even outside of work or school it can be called peer harassment and it gets u thrown in jail for a couple of yrs. Or if ur up to it change ur phone no and trick them with a false one like a friend who has a cops as a fether or mother and give him thats as ur new no and he will get a surprise.

If you would just answer my calls and talk to me for a while you'd see that we are destined to be together....we're going to have 3 kids names Morticai, Mortimer and Maury. We're going to live in a ranch house with a pond in front and I'll teach the boys how to fish. We'll turn the whole house in to a temple to you...with your pictures covering every wall...just like the wall in my bedroom.

Uhm serisously tell him/them to stop calling you and then if/when they call again call the police and make a complaint. Call the phone company and find out how to make a phone company trace on a call, even a private or blocked number. I have been stalked by a few women...one even asaulted me in a public place.
Or you could just tell them you have HIV...that should do it.

In cases like that I just walk around (when i am shooping or stuff like that) with all of my friends to back me up. When i got serious they did to. If it gets any worst just give a restrianing order.

first be more discerning....second learn how to block numbers/email addresses for severe cases or those that strike the fear response get acquainted with the local law enforcement agencies and court system

I've lived in TX my whole life;18 yrs, and have never encountered a stalker.... don't know what's going on with you.

start a chainsaw massacre (lol!) Ignore them and they hopefully will get the point. If they get to close, slap them. being a guy, i really wouldn't know.
