He likes me, thinks I am really pretty, and intiates all foreplay and flirting. Right before sex I feel it getting hard and then right before he can stick it in it gets really soft. I feel so awkward and unsexy. He does have a girlfriend so could it be that he feels guilty.

Guilt is a possiblity so is impotence due to high blood pressure, or other physiological and psychological causes. The fact you are helping the guy cheat on another girl makes me root for divine justice in the fact you can not get it on.

I felt that way before when I had sex and I had a girlfriend.Its not because I felt guilty.It was because I could not believe that was happing to me and the time of braking the Ice between me and her.But I started feeling more aroused as I got to know her better.

Neither guys or girls understand this organ called "penis". It has a mind of its own. I'd bet you're right, though. The guilt of having another girlfriend likely sabotages his inability to maintain the erection.

sounds like hes been drinking , or just plain scared . things like that just happen at times ... if he has a gf , why are you even bothering . why would you want to with a man thats a cheater , do you want to be the next one hes cheating on .
