Also what makes it difficult for them not to kiss a girl?

i think that whole smiling thing DOESN"T mean you care. smiling just means 'hi.' but that's all you're saying. if you want the guy to know you care.. you could ask questions. not too much and not too personal. you could start off with "how's your day?" if he gives you information you can work with like "work was busy. i'm so tired right now" then you can offer to buy him coffee or say something nice to show you think his rest is important, etc.

Just a nice smile, don't push him in any way... I mean, you can just hang around him and act friendly, but not too much... I mean, it's the softly, softly approach, and it may never work,...
The alternative is just to tell him how you feel, but that risks failing all in one go... I thought that's what blokes were supposed to do, not the wimmen... the girl is just supposed to present herself, and let the cogs in the bloke's brain start turning, until he can't help himself...
I think that kissing comes later on- if the guy doesn't know you care yet, there may be some way to go... and I think 'making it difficult not to kiss' is pretty much like putting the pressure on. I don't know if it's true all the time, but I heard that 'pushy women drive men away', I mean, my advice would be to just get to know him, and when the feeling is right, you'll get a kiss- why hurry it, it could spoil everything....

There are several ways: It could be as easy as a loving smile, or just a call every once in awhile to let them know you are thinking about them. Another good one is to hold is hand every now and then.

When she give him space without making him feel neglected, by being there without sounding like an intruder. by offering her support without showing her insecurity about his actions

a) stop drinking and go to bed
b) improve your self esteem
c) stop worrying about guys so much
