For one thing, relax your lips when you kiss. Soft, cushie lips are much better than hard tense lips. Close your eyes and just melt into the kiss.

Start by sticking you lips like a fish and go 40% towards him and let him do the rest. Memeber the 40-60 rule.... Other types will come over time.
