I like them fried medium hard so that the whites are totally opaque, but the yolk is slightly runny. Serve with a crusty bread so you can scoop the slightly dripping yolk. YUM.

Has to be scrambled, with a little milk, whipped until very frothy and cooked in butter until "bouncy".

Are you talking taste preference or nutrition? Scrambled is more nutritious if you don't add all the extras. I do, so can't help you here. Butter, butter and more butter...along with half and half:)
