why do they wear mini skirt?
they don't feel cold? or they just want to be watched by someone?

Men notice the legs of a woman in a miniskirt. Women who wear miniskirts know this about men.
It keeps them going and prancing even when it's cold outside.

Because if you look good in a mini then wear it and from my experience back when i was younger your legs develop some kind of tolerance to the cold weather so do your feet if you like to wear opened toe shoes in the winter.

well it really depends on the girl. but i would wear a mini in cold weather if i was going to the nite club because it gets too hot and long pants just stick to you. some girls only have minis and others are just fashion victims. but like i said it all depends on the girl.

You did not give enough information. What exactly do you think is cold? What may seem cold to you may not seem so bad to someone else.
Is the woman wearing nylons? They would increase the temperature for her by a small but significant factor. Is she walking? Is she hot blooded?
Why didn't you just ask her, if you were so interested? You shy?

They're desperate for attention. I knew a super-slutty girl who wore denim micro-minis . . . without tights . . . in the dead of winter . . . in Canada. How sad is THAT?
