Depending on where you live or plan to travel...
Pacific Northwest- Cambodian or Japanese
South/Southwest- Spanish (which you already know, good for you!), Portuguese, French
Midwest- Polish, Russian, German
East- French, Italian, Farsi
Alaska- Yupik (native Aleutian tongue)
I love linguistics! I already speak/read English, Scots Gaelic, Spanish, and Russian... I know conversational Yupik (I had a friend in college who was Aleutian and she taught me) and I'm thinking of taking up an Asian or Baltic language next.... WOO HOO!

Learning to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese would give you the greatest advantage in the US, assuming you already speak Spanish.
