Sanjay, just to paste adsense ads on the site wont mean a thing if u cant market the site to the top of the search engines.

You are planning to create a classic example of a made-for-adsense site -- a site that has no value at all to anyone but to allow you to put your adsense code on it and hopefully earn money from it. Some examples of this are the so-called scrapper sites that just automatically creates directory pages on various topics (mostly high paying keywords).

Search engines hate them, visitors hate them, and most webmasters hate them. But unfortunately scraper sites work for the Adsense publishers because a user who lands on these sites will do everything to get away from the site that they hit on an ad aside from hitting the back button. Bad news is that the search engines are fighting against these sites so it will be very hard to get free search engine traffic for these made-for-Adsense sites.

I suggest you create your own site and your own blog and provide value to visitors.

google adsense provides a javascript code to paste into the webpage that you register with google adsense. The code is different for each website registered. There is no other requirements from a website for it to be adsense ready.
