It's Pentacle and Triquetra.

The pentacle has many meanings, but the most basic is the elements. Earth, Air, Fire, Water and spirit. These are the five points. The circle around it represents the circle of life and death, the seasons, etc.

The Triquetra is a Celtic symbol, representing triads, such as Maiden, Mother and Crone, which are the three stages of a woman's life. It also represents the moon, Waxing, full, and waning, which represent the stages of the Goddess. The Triquetra was popularized by the TV series Charmed.

Pagan symbology is very rich, and it's nigh impossible to talk about all of it in even a single volume. Below are a couple sites to get you started.
