Hyland's teething tablets ROCK I am not kidding, I would use them, baby orajel, and baby tylenol, and I called it the Holy Trinity of drugs LOL but seriously they work, they take the edge off somehow, and I recommend them to everyone. At 14 months I would give him 3-4 at a time, he loved them.

I've had these recommended and we tried them, but they did nothing for him. I think they are more of a redirect sort of item, rather than actually doing something for the pain. You are supposed to give 2-3 at a time. You can try them (you can find them at Wal Mart for a better deal than anywhere else), but I would skip it. We use Tylenol, one dose at bedtime and that is the only time. Other people really like the night-time Orajel. Good luck!

I wouldn't give them teething tablets..in fact I have never heard of them. Try a little tempra or tylenol and touch it out. It wont be too long now, hon. Hang in there.

I use(d) them. They wonderful, and natural if that is something you like. You just put them in, and disolve almost instantly and so does the crying. You can give them to him/her via just sticking them in their mouth, or by dropping them into their cup, they'll disolve then go into their mouth. A friend of mine has a little boy who is about 8 months older than my oldest and when he was about a year old he'd just bring his mom the bottle when his mouth started to hurt. I was a little concerned about an addiction, but he wasn't. He just made that association, and it made her life easier.

I believe in them. My 8mo will be calm instantly & my 2.5 yo is getting the back teeth now & they settle him down.
i have also tried their calms forte for kids... (for overtiredness) and i believe it works too.

Much safer than oragel & tylenol.
Try them. There is no harm in trying it. Judge for yourself.
