i get my braces off tomorrow and i am going to start brushing my teeth with hydrogen peroxideand baking soda to whiten my teeth if any of you do this will you tell me if it works and how often i should do this??? help my teeth are kidda a yellowish color from the braces plus the fact the were never really white (by genetics)

yes it works, peroxide is the main thing used in crest white strips. Do it three times a day

I use Baking soda an Peroxide on my teeth three times a week! I mix it in a small container so it is like a paste! I also use Colgate whitening toothpaste all the other times and it seems to work well for me! You can use over the counter whitening agents like the white strips or gels! If you have sensitive gums i wouldnt recomend it! If you do not have luck with that I would call your regular dentist and talk to him about options. He can do whitening in the office and it will last longer than the over the counter stuff! Good Luck!

just keep using the paste every time you brush ! it will take 1-2 weeks to see the difference . If you're not happy about it after time the dentist can bleach them for you much whiter than you have now.

You did not get your braces as OTC; it was done by a professional, right? It is equally important to get teeth whitening also done by a professional. Give yourself a gift of straight and white smile. You may consider OTC home bleach (or concoction) products later on.

Crest Whitening strips work great....but when I had my braces removed I needed bleaching from the dentist.....

Yes... hydrogen peroxide does work on your teeth! use it every time you brush, and you will see whitening and fresh smelling breath within time!

get some premium crest white strips. work great in just 7days.
