You could go in for prescription diet pills as they are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of them are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. You need to follow a conventional weight loss plan while taking these pills or else the pills won't work. More information on diet pills at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

Honestly you shouldn't use diet pills, It screws up the chemistry of your body that can lead to who knows what in the future. Most diet pills aren't FDA approved so why risk it?

Are you planning to increase or decrease your weight?
the best diet should be include all categories of food. i.e. Carbohydrates, proteins, fat. The best method to know look at the diet or nutrition pyramid and try to make balance of all these kind of food.
If you try to Increase your weight, the easiest way is having multi-vitamins bill. one capsule each day that is enough.
GOOD Luck! I hope that would be help

Use spray oil instead of pouring. One squirt contains only 1 calorie compared to 120 calories from your tablespoon. If you use oil with your cooking daily, this small change could lose you a stone over the year.

You don't need a miracle pill. Simply burn more calories than you take it. It's that simple.
