i know the holiest place to pray is the western wall im really not sure about the shrine i dont think there is 1 main one

The Temple Mount,where the Temple used to be and where the Mosque of Omar now is.All they have left is one of the outer walls,the "Wailing Wall".One day they will rebuild the Temple.
