yes there will be... from within darkness the Divine will ALWAYS provide humanity with a spark of light or a lamp of hope. She/He may not ride a great white horse, but she may drive a porsche or ride a bicycle, in fact, that LIGHT may be the next person who shows us a touch of kindness in our darkest moments.

Globally, I believe in our age, Mother Teresa was the closest to being a Joan of Arc as possible. She did not fight an army of guns and lances, but she fought against army of poverty, illness and strife.

I believe more Joans and Mothers will arise especially since now times are so dark.

I'm not sure what you mean by a Saint "like" Joan of Arc. If you are talking about a person who devoted their life to the Lord, then Mother Teresa was right up there also.

What do you mean? There are thousands of saints. Will there be one willing to die to free her country? Probably, but not any time soon, and not the same way Joan of Arc was. The terrorists who attacked us on 9/11 are considered martyrs in their religion. The Romanov family (last rulers of Russia) have been declared saints in the Russian Orthodox religion. There are thousands, if not millions, of Christians murdered around the world each year, and they are considered martyrs. It's all a matter of opinion.
