the girls in front of me kept turning around and looking at me, and everytime i would look back to see if they were looking behind me the girls behind me looked at me too. I was joking around with my friend that it was hot and there, so i acted like i was going to take my shirt off, and a girl turned around and looked at me for a few seconds.
i guess that the question here is : do girls look at a person a lot if they like him? or were they staring at me because i maybe got a little too rowdy after the win?

They probably thought you were "too rowdy" or being obnoxious. Most girls don't blatantly stare at guys when they think they're hot.

No man, If they were looking at you multiple times then i would say that they are intersted in you, I won't look at a girl multiple times if i didn't like what i looked at.
THere's a possibility that they could be looking at you if you were rowdy but they looked at you multiple times because your eye candy dude.
I would have went over and said hi to them, That is if they were Hot like you say.
