if u want to go ahead and put the hoops on u should be fine but as soon as u can replace the hoops back with the studs to ensure that the opening in your ear stays open. do that until your ears heal properly to replace them permentally.

Usually a about a month or so. Make sure that there is no infection. It is OK to to put your hoops after 4 weeks but remember not to leave the piercings open, getting them close again because you just pierced your ears and it closes very easily. It is more painful to pierce at the same spot 2nd time.

Usually a month, but when you change them, clean your ears daily and if they have backs I have two tips:
Turn the backs every day
MAKE SURE you have big backs and not little small ones- Your skin WILL grow over the back-I know.
