More than likely, their feet hurt from wearing the shoes. Slipping in and out of them eases the pain. It could also be nervous energy. Some people tap their fingers, snap their gum, crack their knuckles, rock back and forth, while some move their feet around. And if the shoe is loose . . . someone somewhere may think the girl is trying to flirt with them.

Most women's shoes are very uncomfortable. I'd say most women probably do it because their feet actually do hurt.

Define shoeplay-if it is what i think it is, it's probably because our feet hurt.:-) but think about this, when you want to stimulate your blood in your hands you start massaging your fingers or your palms-you do it unconciously too, right, I think the same goes for women and shoes, we are looking to better our succulation, just kidding, circulation and maybe ease some pain.

I don't know exactly what you mean by "shoeplay", but some women's shoes definitely do hurt.

there's no real word for "shoeplay." as you've heard from the rest of the ladies, our feet are either tired or they hurt, that's why we "play" with our shoes. you wouldn't see much "shoeplay" at the start of a day :)
