I have these bumps that just popped up under my tongue?

theres 3 of them and they just popped up what the hel are they and how did i get them (i havent had sexual relations or anything like that for about 6mo.) These bumps are SORE too

canker sores, you bit your tongue, you burned it, your tongue has gone through a lot, or it's tongue cancer, which is highly unlikely
