I put my retainer in denture solution every morning, yet my bottom retainer is pretty gross & tastes bad. any suggestions on how to make it taste any better?

soak it in hydrogen peroxide overnight then rinse it off with water before the next time you put it in your mouth

Peroxide. Use a toothbrush to clean it. The peroxide will bubble and sanitize it, too.
don't forget to sanitize your toothbrush every few days with peroxide! Everyone should do this.

I had the same problem a while back.
The only thing I can tell you is it'll be over soon, and it'll be worth the taste.
Stick it out.

i hate wearing my retainer its bad enough that i had to wear braces
