My best advice is to relax. Go to the bathroom before you start and afterwards. Use a condom and some lube. Make sure you go really slow. If you are still uncomfortable, reevaluate whether you are ready to do it. Also, pain during sex could be a sign of cysts or other problems, so you could go to a doctor too. You should probably see a doctor anyway so you can start getting PAP smears (you should start getting them when you become sexually active) and you can get on some birth control.

You may be suffering from two problems. Sex is a mental thing, not just physical.
On the physical side you may still have unbroken Hymen which can be seen with a mirror. The tissue is usually whitish in color.
The other is mental, Don't get right to it . If you have a caring partner who you find stimulating. Play a game with him. A game of gentle foreplay for at least an hour before intercourse.
Make sure to satisfy all of your senses. Music, scent in the air and visual stimulants for you. I suggest you have a couple of orgasms by other means before attempting
insertion. Ask him to wear 2 condoms so he can last the time and if necessary , use a lubricant.
I wish you luck, not every woman can experience orgasm during intercourse.

It entirely relies upon. i'm 20 and lost my virginity at sixteen. I truthfully have been with my present day boyfriend (sexual companion variety 4) for 2.5 years and from time to time it nonetheless hurts yet that's only whilst it gets somewhat tough. What you like is a loving and know-how companion to lose your virginity to. My first time grew to become into terrible I felt forced so I wasn't very comfortable - this meant it harm lots and that i bled a appropriate bit even nevertheless my hymen had already been broken. For me intercourse wasn't gratifying till ultimately I have been given with my present day boyfriend because of the relationship I felt with him and how he took his time and grew to become into being concerned and affectionate. i could say detect a guy you have faith and love, take it slow, do distinctive foreplay and relax. whether you are not getting finished penetration the 1st few situations because of the fact it hurts to lots or you panic that's effective. You sound youthful so which you have your finished existence to locate the joys of intercourse no depend if or not this is only intercourse or an intimate act with the guy you value more highly than something so do exactly not rush into something. desire this helped :) x

Honey - can you get to a doctor? There are a million reasons for painful sex. It should not "hurt like crap" See a doctor & get some help with this. He/she will have heard it before, believe me.
Just a thought - Is the guy doing ANYTHING to prepare you? Foreplay...kissing.. touching ..anything? He should be patient and gentle. If not - get a new guy!

It should start to feel really good by the second or third time...
Perhaps your lover is in too much of a hurry...
Girls are slower responding than guys..
Are you well lubricated when he starts in you ?
I always bring the woman to orgasm at least once before I
ever penetrate them...Is he stimulating your clit & using his
fingers to bring you close to orgasm before he starts ?
I presume you masturbate....Show him how, help him to make
you come before he penetrates you ...Slow things down until you are more excited...It is not a race...You will love it...

well come on you get a friction burn inside your body! ever had a rug burn? it hurts! but the skin will toughen up and get used to the motion after a few more times. give yourself time to rest in between "sessions", at least 24 hours. and make sure you are well lubricated.
