what should i use...for dry skin?

i work in a pet store, cleaning fish tanks and what not, my hands are gross from the tanks and washing them so much? what would u suggest?

A good hand lotion, preferably something with vitamins and retinol in it. Or you could go to a farming supply store and get the lotion they have there.
