I love the idea of it being a fun day. I get mix reviews on it.

You might find this amusing today, but I don't think it will be quite so humorous in the years to come...or maybe it will. Without knowing you and your fiance' personally, it's kinda hard to say. I think what really matters is that you and your fiance' choose a date that you both agree on wholeheartedly. The actual date is secondary to the agreeing part. If you and your fiance' are fun people, your special day will be fun no matter where it falls on the calender. It is YOU that makes the day memorable - not the date.

I know someone that got married on April Fool's Day and we weren't sure if it was a joke or a real wedding.

I think you should pick whatever day you want! If you do it on April 1st, I think you should yell April Fool's after the kiss, haha..

I think you could make it fun. I wouldn't worry about the day. My finacees dad's birthday is april fools day/ Go for it.

I think it's a great idea! Talk about unique! Do what you want. No one is going to think it's a joke if you spend all your money on it, right?!
