What the hell are you talking about? "On avg. most British men are smaller (not skinny but petite) compared to their US counterparts" The average height of American and British men is about the same. Also, weighing over 500 lbs does not make you more of a man.

Work to find the commonalities in your values. When John and I dated we enjoyed the differences and had a good time noting what we took for granted in our wolrd view. We didn't last because he expected that my independence-that he thought was cute at first--could be tamed.
