At 13 losing weight is not something you should be trying to do in 2 weeks...anyone who answers this question can only lead you to something that is certainly harmful to your body. You have not specified why you feel you must lose weight or how much weight you are talking about losing a pound, inches off your waist.....

A 13-yr-old cannot lose a significant amount of weight safely in 2 weeks. A balanced diet and a lifestyle that includes physical activity will result in a slow, gradual weight loss which is safer and more lasting than a quick fix.

Hey dude, im 14 here and I have the best advice!
This really helps! Ok, everyday, drink 12 cups of COLD ICY water and it will help you lose about 130 calories....but keep drinking each 5 minutes apart, so that you dont get a sore throat

unless you're like obese, a 13 year old boy doesnt need to lose weight...i mean come one, youre supposed to be growing at that age, not shrinking!

easy if u have time. do various exercises throughout the day. eat fairly healthy and little. you can prolly lose around 7 pounds, but you need time and need to run, do chores, situps, pushups and just shoot hoops or something
