could the fact, that i am taking minocycline for my acne, have anything to do with the fact that my hair is thinning . (hormones)

Yes, it very well could be. Medication can even affect the way perm solution takes to a persons hair, so I would definatly have a doctor check it out. You can never be toooo careful.

wow very good question. i realyl dont think that it is the medicine. but i really do think that it has to do with anemia. i am losing my hair like crazy and it is thinning like tons. and people kept saying that it was being i didnt have enough iron in my blood (anemia) and i kept denying it because i thought that that was stupid. but i went to the doctor and they gave me iron tablets and i started to take it. and it has been about a month. and i can see really great improvements. i know everyone has heard the same "good diet, excercise, sleep, iron" and everyone doesnt believe it and thinks its lame. but iron really does help. i figured that one out. so you should try that. also i have a very good site that has everything you want to know about beauty and hair and they are simple remedies that you can do easily at home. http://indiaparenting.com/beauty/index.cgi its a really good site. so yea.

yes im having the same problem with my birth control, dont ever use depo!!!!!!!
