Tell her (and look her in the eye) that you had a good time, you would like to see her again, and that you'll call in a couple of days. Call two days later and ask her out again. Do something a bit more personal this time. Good luck.

If you had a great time and are sure you want to see her again, ask her at the end of the first date!!!
A lot of people will say to wait a couple of days....don't let her think you're too anxious blah blah blah...personally I can't stand those type of games.
If you are really into her...let her know, and if you want to see her again...Tell her before you kiss her goodnight =)
