Muhammad is only mentioned a few times specifically by name, where as Jesus is mentioned somewhere around 20-30 times (estimate). Moses seems to be the prevalent though of all.

I would think Muhammed but having read some of the Koran, it is filled with "Praise be to Allah". Almost every paragraph has that at the end. I haven't seen the word "Jesus" yet. Pops

Refereed to by name would be Jesus(peace be upon him) over Muhammad(peace be upon him). But Muhammad(peace be upon him) is mentioned mostly as messenger of Allah. Such as this verse...
Or do you want to ask your Messenger (Muhammad Peace be upon him ) as Mûsa (Moses) was asked before (i.e. show us openly our Lord?) And he who changes Faith for disbelief, verily, he has gone astray from the right way. Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow) V. 108
Or Muhammad(peace be upon him) is ordered to say something like this verse...
Say (O Muhammad ): "Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?" Say: "(It is) Allâh." Say: "Have you then taken (for worship) Auliyâ' (protectors, etc.) other than Him, such as have no power either for benefit or for harm to themselves?" Say: "Is the blind equal to the one who sees? Or darkness equal to light? Or do they assign to Allâh partners who created the like of His creation, so that the creation (which they made and His creation) seemed alike to them." Say: "Allâh is the Creator of all things, He is the One, the Irresistible." Surah Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder) V. 16
Or like in Surah Surah Abasa (He frowned) it is about the Prophet(peace be upon him). Were he(peace be upon him) frowned on an old blind man when he asked the Prophet(peace be upon him) about Islam.
So alot of the Quran is talking or referring to Muhammad(peace be upon him) when it does not mention his name. But if I am not mistaken the most mentioned Prophet by name is Moses(peace be upon him).
