Figure that she's probably just complaining. Say "me too" even if you're not.

If you can pull it off charmingly, tell her you're freezing and suggest that you huddle closely together to stay warm.

Bonus points if you try it during a 65 degree day or something :)

She's hot (for you) but you are clearly not for her. That translates to "cold" when she wants you to understand that she needs a warming. Check your thermometer.
