I think no one will ever want to date me becauae I have a 4 yr old and 1 yr old. currently gettng divorced.

It's going to take a special kind of guy. Most guys want to be number one in your life, and as you know, they will always be number 3 to you. That and they won't like confrontation with your ex.
Either way, you should try to date without letting the kids meet your next guy for months. It's not healthy for the kids to get any more confused than they already will be. And you don't want them getting attached if it's not serious.

The usual reason a man would avoid a woman with children is because he doesn't want to raise children. However, some men don't mind helping with the rearing of children but are turned off by the woman. It's not always her personality or looks, but rather the fact that she won't let the man help raise her children. There's a strong feeling of possessiveness from the mother and intolerance to new ideas about parenting.
Rather than look at the man as an intrusion upon your "family," look at him as a "father-figure" for your children and the help you have been needing. This should be taken into consideration while you are dating because sooner or later you will find a keeper.

Some are scared of it, & some are not. Some never-married men don't understand that they're getting into a relationship with a package deal -- a woman AND her kids. Some do and don't want to bother. You have to find which of them have a problem with your situation and make sure not to waste your time with these immature ones.
And there are PLENTY of men who have little kids of their own, and are not so hung up about it.

I have 4 children aged 2, 4, 6, & 8. when I married my new husband 2 years ago and he has no children of his own. I know you had this question for men but I wanted you to know that there are plenty of good guys out there. Keep your chin up. Good Luck

there are lots of men who will date you just becareful cause some of them will try and play daddy to your kids and you dont want that then theres the freaks who hurt kids you will find the man of your dreams and if he mr right he will not care what comes with you as a package

depends on how much alone time u can get wit a guy. i dated a girl with a kid once. looks like you just have to find a real man.

i personally think that if you have kids, you do everything for your kids. dating isnt good. your kids need you, not a man. its pretty skanky if you go get screwed by a man that doesnt want you any more and then go out to find another guy. its like a used condom, you dont go wash it off and use it again. if you werent happy with the man you had, then you shouldnt have had kids with him. end of story.

I've dated women with kids. I love kids. I found that the kids were better to deal with than the women were tho....lol. So...be kinda careful.

I think they well date u even if u have kids.Some guys like old women .And plus they will like u and ur kids .so dont give up.
